When purchasing books, many things are to be taken into account:
* Do you need new books?
* Will a used book suffice?
Generally, here are some suppliers of books
* Library of congress has about any book in print. Some sales are available
* Used book stores carry some good books
* Libraries sometimes have books for sale. I purchase books regularly from them. I have books in good condition; that are usually $20-$80, that I purchased for $1 each. No book is higher than $1.
* I purchase books very economically from Ebay. A $100 book may be purchase for up to $10 that is in excellent condition
